A Boutique Hotel–Inspired Powder Room

Toutes les audaces sont permises dans les toilettes

Full design and build mission
Delivery : 2024

The aim of this project was to bring character and warmth to a space that is often overlooked in interior design: the toilet.

At the heart of the project was a bold wallpaper featuring vegetal and animal motifs. It immediately sets the tone, creating an immersive, almost theatrical atmosphere while visually adding depth to the space.

A contrasting colour palette was then introduced to enhance this strong identity. A deep blue envelops the lower part of the walls, while bespoke joinery in a luminous burnt orange brings warmth and elegance to the overall composition.

Custom-designed integrated storage units discreetly conceal technical elements — pipes and service ducts — while optimising every centimetre of space, ensuring a refined and uncluttered result.

The addition of a suspended ceiling allowed us to completely rethink the lighting design, enhancing the wallpaper and highlighting the richness of materials and colours.

This project demonstrates that even a transitional or functional space can become a place of strong character. The result is a powder room transformed into a true decorative gem: both highly functional and full of personality.
