Located in the heart of the prestigious Holland Park neighbourhood in London, this elegant four-storey family home underwent a full renovation combined with a loft extension.
Stripped back to its structure, the house was entirely rethought, allowing each space to be carefully redesigned. A new floor dedicated to the children was created in the loft extension, comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom, while significantly improving the overall thermal performance of the house.
The interior decoration, designed by Caroline Pillot François, combines elegance and refinement without ever compromising on functionality, ensuring the home fully meets the demands of family life.
The new internal layout places reception and workspaces on the ground floor, while a generous garden-level floor is entirely dedicated to family living. The first floor accommodates the owners’ spacious master suite along with an adjoining study, and the top floor — created through the extension — is reserved for the children.
