Hi, I’m Caroline. I’m an engineer trained at École Centrale Paris, with a passion for architecture. For ten years, I managed major real estate projects in the Paris area.
I then lived as an expat in London for six years, where I designed and oversaw high-end renovations, combining technical precision with creative vision. I know firsthand the challenges of relocating — from navigating a new language and culture to managing complex projects far from home.
Now back in Paris, I’ve founded my own studio to blend my engineering rigor, architectural creativity, and international perspective to craft projects that truly meet my clients’ unique needs.

My in-depth knowledge of technical regulations, construction constraints and developers’ expectations enables me to support buyers in formulating ambitious yet realistic buyer’s modifications requests (TMA), aligned with their lifestyle and technically robust — significantly increasing both their chances of approval and the value of the property.
Through expert plan analysis and advanced projection tools such as 3D modelling, I help you make the right decisions early on. The result: a new-build apartment delivered ready to move into, fully tailored to your preferences.

Having lived in London with my family for six years, I understand first-hand the challenges of managing a project in a country whose codes, habits and practices are unfamiliar.
Beyond language, I help English-speaking clients navigate the entire French ecosystem: regulations, standards, working practices and local partners.
I act as your local point of contact: you express your needs through your own cultural lens, and I translate them into the French context while coordinating the project from start to finish.
