A lofted master bedroom transformed from top to bottom

In this lofted master bedroom, the challenge was to minimise the impact of the many sloped walls while making clever use of the eaves for storage solutions.

The walls and ceiling were color-drenched in a soft grey-blue, softening the angles and enlarging the space visually. A few bright orange accents were introduced to add contrast and vitality.

The floor was replaced with wide-plank natural oak, bringing warmth and elegance to the space.

Storage solutions were custom-designed to make the most of the sloped ceilings, including two built-in bookcases and a large wardrobe that perfectly fit the eaves.

The renovation also included the insulation of the front wall, where a moulded window frame was added to enhance the room’s character.

A custom-upholstered headboard in warm orange tones, complete with integrated bedside tables, tissue boxes and lighting, completes the room, adding comfort and a subtle pop of colour.
The padded headboard was entirely bespoke, designed to fit the space perfectly.
