Case study #2 :
Full renovation of an apartment and layout optimisation to add an extra bedroom

In this apartment, we literally performed a spatial shuffle. The bathroom became the kitchen, the former kitchen was transformed into an additional bedroom, and a compact bathroom was cleverly created in a former hallway.

The result: an extra bedroom and bathroom, without sacrificing any living space. The layout now reads more clearly, with a distinct separation between day and night areas, making the apartment more functional and a joy to live in.
