Before transitioning to interior architecture, I spent 10 years working for property developers. I personally managed TMA requests from buyers on the developer’s side, so I fully understand the stakes of TMAs for developers. I know what is technically and legally possible—and what is not.
I guide you to visualize your future home and make key design decisions early, often more than a year before your apartment or house is delivered, using 3D modeling. Once the main layout choices are approved, I prepare all plans and technical documents to submit to the developer as part of your TMA request.
TMA Request Process : customise your new build home
#1 | I analyse the sales plan and technical specifications. I collect your requirements and draft a new layout. |

#3 | Based on the approved layout, I prepare the TMA plan and an accompanying explanatory note, which you submit to the developer with your TMA request. |
#4 | I liaise with the developer to ensure your request is properly considered and make any necessary adjustments. |
#5 | The developer approves the request and provides the associated quote. The work proceeds normally, and you receive your fully personalized apartment! |
My mission can end at this stage, or continue to finalize the design and coordinate the execution of interior fit-out and decoration works after the developer delivers your property.
